Join us at the Lunenburg School of the Arts at 2pm this Saturday, May 2nd for a Musique Royale Cookie Concert.
“Musique Royale invites multi-instrumentalist Tobias Beale to curate a program, and he is joined by musicians Krisanne Crowell (pianist, singer), Gabriella Ciurcovich (double bass) and Emmet Smith, (drums). Their program will include music from Canadian composers, some favorite standards from Jobim, Monk, and others, and original compositions. The classic quartet format of sax, piano, bass, and drums will be augmented with flute, vocals, and even tin whistle. The concert will involve plenty of improvisation, both on well known and lesser heard standards. All ages are welcome, and cookies are served following the hourlong concert.”
Admission: $10 at the door, youth free (18 and under)
