EXHIBITION: March 5th – 29th, 2026. Gallery hours are by chance or appointment, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
“When I returned to teaching at the LSA, I found myself in the midst of a magical class of enthusiastic people. As we worked together creating these lovely sensitive pieces, we began our own story.
The class was designed to encourage invention and inspire students to create something expressive and personal. An experiential experience, one which I hoped would inspire and perhaps surprise students while learning and building a visual tale.
My work is about connection, tenderness, sentiment … it is emotionally based. When I work on a piece I am connected into the work, the most delicious place an artist can work from. And to share this practice is something I feel enriches others and invites a curious audience.”
This exhibition is a presentation of our experience of working with one another at the LSA – a collection of works students made and continued to completion during and after our five weeks of classes.
