tetoTeto Elsiddique Accepted at Yale School of Art

This NSCAD Fine Arts graduate, who grew up in Vancouver and Toronto, is heading to Yale School of Art this September to work on his MFA in Painting and Printmaking. With several solo and group exhibitions already added to his CV, Teto was a finalist for the 2013 Starfish Student Art Awards for his installation painting, The Ramp, and his graduation exhibition, Survival Mechanism, was on display at the Anna Leonowens Gallery in February.  Teto was a resident in the NSCAD Community Studio Residency Program in Lunenburg 2013 – 2014. He is seen here at Lunenburg School of the Arts with our Chair the Honourable Wilfred P. Moore building the NSCAD Residency’s entry in the annual Lunenburg Christmas Parade event.
