Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, full of responsibilities and expectations — we can get stuck in our heads and often forget how to simply play. When was the last time you let yourself loosen up, explore, or let go?
If those ideas feel unfamiliar, it might be time to gift yourself a day of fun, expression, and freedom. “Embodied Expressions” invites you to step out of your own way — whether you’re a seasoned painter or have never picked up a brush. This is a chance to enter a curious, playful space where spontaneous painting becomes a path to discovery and personal insight.
Throughout the day there will be opportunities for gentle sharing and journaling, all offered at your own pace and comfort level.

Sally Hutchinson
Sally Hutchinson lives and creates from a place of deep trust in flow. She is an artist with roots in both representational and abstract work and collaborates with the unknown in her process of creating. Her healing work as a somatic experiencing practitioner in many ways, mirrors her creative process. She holds an open present space for her clients and for her paintings and is humbled by the possibility she discovers with each. She has training in Guided Drawing, Expressive Arts, and Trauma Informed Expressive Arts, and over 30 years experience working with groups.
