Please join us on Thursday June 15th at 7:00pm in the 151 Montague Street Gallery for the opening of Ropes N’ Roses by Douglas Bamford. The opening will include a talk by Douglas, followed by a reception in the gallery.

Our gallery at 151 Montague Street will be open to visitors, Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm, by chance or appointment.

Join us upstairs in the Ramp Studio for an Artist Talk by Douglas Bamford, followed by a reception in the Montague Street Gallery.
Ropes N’ Roses
I am a maker, a collaborator, and a mentor.
I base my practice in the belief that collaborative participation creates an opportunity for the emergence of more diverse works of art.
I believe very strongly that sharing experience with younger artists is the responsibility of the senior artist.
This exhibition is a collaboration with a number of great artists, Marsden Hartley, Earl Bailey, Anna Bald, Theo Heffler, and Gillian Marsden Jowsey.
I dedicate this exhibition to my father Donald Bamford, a great skipper and navigator of all seas.
