Saturday, November 23
10:00am – 3:00pm

Our days are often filled with responsibilities and takes that leave little time to nourish our emotional health and the amazing individuals we are. This is an opportunity to slow down and reconnectwithyourself. Thisworkshopexperienceisabout interacting with art materials and a creative process rather than focusing on creating a final piece of art. It is about putting YOU first and caring for the wonderful person that you are.

The day will begin with creating playful and accessible, invitations that encourage you to tune into and trust your intuition. To quote Liz, “When we have a clear understanding of our emotions, we are able to more fully show up as our best self.”

All you need is an open heart and willingness to trust the creative process. At the end of the day, you will feel refreshed and relaxed like you’ve had an “emotional massage”. You will walk away with ideas on ways to build moments of creative self-care into your life.
