SUMMER COURSES

There is no refund of fees if a cancellation is made within three weeks of your course start date. If a cancellation is received by our School prior to three weeks before a course start date, course fees will be refunded, less a $50.00 cancellation fee.

FALL & WINTER COURSES

There is no refund of registration fees if a cancellation is made within 14 days of the course start date. If a cancellation is received by our School prior to 14 days before a course start date, course fees will be refunded, less a $50.00 cancellation fee.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS

In the event that our School must cancel or change the dates of a program, students will receive notice no less than two weeks prior to the course start date. In such an event, all registered students will receive a refund of the total paid registration fee.

WEATHER

If it is apparent that inclement weather will create unsafe conditions or prohibit the participants from attending, our School reserves the authority to cancel and reschedule any classes so impacted and will notify students via email ASAP, a minimum of two hours prior to the class start time.

COVID-19 GUIDLINES:

Our School has continued to strictly adhere to the safe health guidelines and directives of the Nova Scotia Public Health Authority. Effective March 21^st, 2022 the Province of Nova Scotia has lifted all pandemic related restrictions. At this time, to maintain the safety of our programming, our School has chosen to continue with the following guidelines:

• The wearing of masks is optional, but, encouraged when students are not at their work stations. Some exceptions may apply as may be noted in specific course descriptions on our website. Our studios are large enough to provide socially distanced workspace.
• Please do not enter our School if you have tested positive for COVID-19, or if you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 10 days.
• Disposable masks and hand sanitizer stations are available throughout our School.

PLEASE NOTE: Our COVID-19 pandemic policies are subject to change at any time as our Public Health Authority may direct. Let us all be patient as we go through these times of transition.
